The rules that apply when you use this site and place a pickup order.
This policy is not finalised. The operator must have this page drafted or reviewed by counsel licensed in the District of Columbia before launch. The headings below are the sections this business actually needs; the text under each is a prompt, not a policy.
Who may use this site
State the 21+ requirement, the ID-verification requirement, and that accounts are personal and non-transferable.
What this site is and is not
Describe exactly what the transaction is under DC law, how orders are placed (Telegram), and how fulfilment works (curbside pickup). This is the section most likely to attract scrutiny — do not draft it without counsel.
Ordering, pricing and availability
Pricing is quantity-tiered and shown per product. State that prices and availability change without notice and that an order is not confirmed until the pickup window is agreed.
Payment
Cash at pickup. State what is and is not accepted and when payment is due.
Cancellation and no-shows
Define the window for cancelling and what happens to a missed pickup.
Prohibited conduct
Resale, supplying minors, fraudulent ID, abusive conduct toward staff.
Limitation of liability and disclaimers
